Burglary at the shop on Monday Dec 7, 5:15 AM

 Short version: 

burglary at the shop, Monday morning, Dec 7, 2020 at 5:15 am

- using a portable oxyacetylene torch, cut through chain link fence, cut through roll-up steel back door. opening back door set of alarm

- stole Sam’s lithium ion tools that were on top of his box

- stole 2012 S60 (and broke off mirror and damaged front door during rapid exit)

- filed police report, spoke to two officers in person

- lots of Nest footage from 3 cameras (created online album and nest clips) 

Appears cutting through the back door did not trigger the alarm, but rolling up the back door did. Very loud electric siren appears to have scared them off

And yes, we have insurance for all this... 

Since the break-in have added back yard siren / camera from Ring.
